Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main point person for all client contact outside of the regularly scheduled client meetings
  • Works closely with the advisor and other staff to complete paperwork in preparation for and in conclusion of client meetings
  • Accepts and completes trade requests from clients over the phone as well as agreed upon trades resulting from client meetings
  • Works with the client’s Human Resources department to gain understanding of benefits available
