Jill and her husband of 25+ years and their two children live in Mound, Minnesota where they are avid sports fans, enjoy the outdoors, and play an active role in serving their community and various nonprofit organizations. She also enjoys providing people with opportunities to grow and learn through personal development workshops and seminars focused on improving their financial life.

Scott Marquardt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® with Elite Advisors Collective, with over 18 years of financial advisory experience. Scott and his wife Amanda enjoy spending time with their three children, Cade, Addi and Jaxon. They spend a lot of time at the baseball/softball fields, ice arenas, basketball courts, football fields and volleyball courts watching their kids compete. Scott has enjoyed being involved in several Litchfield community organizations: serving on the boards for Litchfield Watercade, and treasurer for the Litchfield Hockey Association in the past. He currently serves on the Kiwanis Board of Directors, and is the President of the Litchfield Youth Baseball Association as well as coaching several teams.

Mindy finds great joy in teaching students at Wayzata High School; educating them in the career search process and independent money management.
